Langfang Jinye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on September 29, 2021 and is located in the Dacheng Modern Manufacturing Industrial Park, Langfang, Hebei Province. The plant covers more than 150 mu (about 10 hectares) with a professional technical team of 150+. Against the backdrop of China's dual-carbon strategy, the company focuses on recycling end-of-life assets under the philosophy of "Recycling for a Low-Carbon Future", aiming to build North China's leading end-of-life asset recycling and zero-carbon circular base.
The company holds 8 core qualifications — including the WEEE Processing License, Hazardous Waste Operation Permit, designated classified-media destruction status and the Grade-II Confidentiality Qualification for the Defense Industry — and has passed six management-system certifications covering quality, environment, occupational health & safety, information security, IT service management and the GJB 9001C military quality system, making it one of the few fully-certified resource-recycling enterprises in China. It has also been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a national Technology-Based SME, a national Renewable Resources Recycling System pilot enterprise, a Specialized & Innovative SME, a Hebei Provincial Green Factory and a Provincial Advanced Intelligent Factory, and is a senior partner of Alibaba Asset and ByteDance Asset.
The company is the only modern resource-recycling enterprise in North China to combine full-system certification, automated production and intelligent management. Guided by a production philosophy of "efficiency, environmental protection, automation and intelligence", it has introduced advanced equipment and automated dismantling lines to automate and digitalize the entire process — from collection and dismantling to sorting and resource recovery — so that end-of-life assets re-enter the cycle compliantly and traceably.
The "200,000-ton/year e-waste circular comprehensive utilization project", built with an investment of RMB 500 million, is in operation, forming a "resource – product – waste – remanufactured product" economic loop that fills the gap in advanced renewable-resource processing in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region. The parallel "50,000-ton/year retired wind & solar equipment recycling project" (completion contractually scheduled for 2026-05-27; now in operation) was also selected as a Hebei provincial major project under the 15th Five-Year Plan, together forming full-category processing capacity for retired new-energy assets across wind, solar and traction batteries.

Langfang Jinye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was registered with capital of RMB 100 million in the Dacheng Modern Manufacturing Industrial Park.
The 200,000-ton/yr e-waste recycling project landed as a key investment-attraction project of the Dacheng development zone, obtaining multiple permits within 15 working days of the land auction.
The 30,000-ton/yr spent traction battery project obtained EIA approval (letter [2021] No. 342), positioning the company in the EV battery retirement cycle.
