Langfang Jinye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has built a "200,000-ton/year e-waste circular comprehensive utilization project" in Dacheng County, Langfang, Hebei Province — a total investment of RMB 500 million that passed completion environmental acceptance in July 2024 and entered operation. With more than 10 specialized dismantling lines covering the full range of e-waste (printers, mobile phones, LCD devices, servers, monitors, scrap metal, scrap steel, motors, hard drives and more), it is one of the largest e-waste dismantling and utilization bases in North China.
Dismantling, shredding, sorting and resource recovery completed inside one park — no external transfer required
All three qualification lines — dismantling, hazardous waste and classified media — are in place; that is the prerequisite for taking on institutional and financial retirement business
Dismantled to the material level — not simple shredding
Dismantled outputs are separated by material: metals (scrap steel, copper and aluminum, scrap metal) are stored by type and sold for deep processing; plastics are crushed, washed and re-granulated into recycled plastic feedstock; waste circuit boards go to the company's own hazardous-waste line with 4 sealed high-efficiency high-temperature reduction furnaces and 2 flue-gas treatment systems, recovering valuable metals through proprietary technologies such as the oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace oxygen-supply device; LCD screens are processed with the company's patented proprietary dismantling device. The company also has nonferrous rolling and alloy processing, and gold and silver product sales capabilities, extending the chain into deep processing.
The question institutional and financial customers ask most — and the one that most often goes wrong
Data-bearing storage media (hard drives, SSDs, memory cards) should not go through the ordinary dismantling chain. Our practice is to sort media out and transfer them to the classified-media destruction workshop in the same park, where they are physically destroyed to the standards of the Grade-II Confidentiality Qualification for the Defense Industry and the designated-destruction status under the Langfang Municipal State Secrets Protection Administration, and only then enter dismantling. Destruction and dismantling are closed-loop within one campus, so media never leave the site and the information-exposure surface is minimized.

Langfang Jinye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. holds the WEEE Processing License (No. E1310261) issued by the Langfang Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau and is listed in the national e-waste dismantling & disposal operators directory. It operates a 200,000-ton/year e-waste circular comprehensive utilization project in Dacheng County, Langfang, which passed completion environmental acceptance in July 2024.
From March 1, 2026, servers and service-terminal equipment fall under the Technical Specification for Pollution Control on Processing of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products (HJ 527-2026) and must be handled by a licensed processor. Data-bearing hard drives and memory cards should be physically destroyed before entering the dismantling chain.
The WEEE Processing License is issued and published by the local ecological environment authority; the license number, approved categories and validity can be checked on the issuer's website. Jinye Environmental's license number is E1310261, and the related publication records are listed with original authority links on the Public Records page of this website.
200,000 tons of e-waste per year on 10+ dedicated lines covering printers, mobile phones, LCD devices, servers, monitors, plastics, scrap metal, water heaters, scrap steel, motors and hard drives. Approved WEEE capacity is 12.5 million units/year, including 400,000 LCD microcomputers, 10,000,000 mobile handsets, 1,500,000 telephone sets and 600,000 LCD monitors.
Data-bearing media are sorted from the dismantling material and transferred to the classified-media destruction workshop in the same park, where they are physically destroyed on dedicated HDD and SSD shredding lines to the Grade-II qualification standard — with scan-based logging, video surveillance and GPS-tracked transport — before entering resource recovery.
